The Age's Best 50 Australian Albums Ever

Do Australian toilets really swirl the other way? If you know Bart Simpson, you also know this is a very delicate question. Today, while accidentally re-seeing that old intercontinental Simpsons episode, another rather serious question came to my mind: which are the best Australian albums ever? I asked Google and... dingo!... it gave me this answer: a Top 50 chart compiled in 2008 by a panel of musicians, critics, record shop owners, djs for Melbourne newspaper The Age. You can find it in all its beauty here (or here). It has also an official website, but my browser can't read it: do Australian flash animations swirl the other way, too? :o)

Unfortunately, Australia is not spotified and just 50% of the albums is available. And the panel evidently didn't love Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds (only one album). Anyway, I think this is a quite good rock-tinged (no Kylie or Men At Work) bunch of playlists. Enjoy!
