The Ivor Novello Awards Spotify Collection (1999-2014)

Palma Violets, John Newman, London Grammar, Everything Everything, Disclosure (feat. Sam Smith) and James Blake are amongst the artists nominated for Ivor Novello Awards 2014. I added all of them in a Spotify playlist dedicated to the winners of "Best Song Musically and Lyrically" and "Best Contemporary Song" categories. It covers fifteen years from 1999 to 2014 (thanks to the only good source I found: Dave's Music Database) and it includes a lot of partially-forgotten pop/rock beauties like Why Does It Always Rain On Me? (Travis), Babylon (David Gray), Dry Your Eyes (The Streets), Grounds for Divorce (Elbow), Daniel (Bat For Lashes). On the Ivor Novello Awards website you can check the nominations of the other categories, too (Arctic Monkeys, Nick Cave and Laura Mvula are running for best album).

Enjoy.
